Your information, handled with care

This policy describes the information GEN Z Dating plans to process when the member service launches. During pre-launch, contacting us by email provides us with your email address and the content of your message.

Information we may collect

• Account details such as name, age confirmation, email and city.
• Profile information, interests, preferences and photos that a member chooses to provide.
• Matches, messages, Date Pact preferences and payment status.
• Consent-based verification results from approved identity providers. We do not plan to display government identifier numbers on profiles.
• Reports, support requests, safety check-ins, device information and service logs needed to prevent abuse and operate securely.

How we use information

We use information to provide matching and communication, process membership and verification payments through licensed providers, verify eligibility with consent, improve recommendations, prevent fraud, enforce community rules, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with a member’s matches, payment processors, verification providers, infrastructure providers and authorities when legally required. Private Date Pact responses are designed to reveal mutual preferences rather than each person’s individual answers.

Retention and choices

Members will be able to correct their profile, export account information and request deletion. Some fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, moderation and safety records may be retained when required by law or necessary to protect members.

Security and children

We use access controls and data minimisation, but no online service can promise absolute security. GEN Z Dating is not intended for anyone under 18.
